Your rent at Urban Study includes all utility bills (electricity, gas, water & wifi) apart from Council Tax which is the responsibility of every tenant. Your rent also includes access to each of the building’s residents-only facilities such as the gym, private dining room, cinema room and concierge services including that all important secure parcel storage meaning any deliveries and online shopping can be accepted by the concierge and stored safely until you’re home to pick it up. Usage of our onsite laundries is extra – residents pay per wash.
